From the impacts of the pandemic to the challenges of climate change, this briefing explored what the UK is doing with its new 'independent trade policy' and how it is affecting workers, consumers and citizens.

This session is the first in a series of trade briefings provided by the Trade Justice Movement this spring. Further briefings will explore trade deals with India and the Gulf, dig deeper into the human and environmental impacts of trade deals, and explore connections with agriculture, vaccine justice and emerging technologies.
