The Trade Justice Movement asks you to write to your MEP to call for fairer trade deals before it's too late - the future of 750 million people could depend on it. MEPs may have the opportunity to influence these deals over the next few weeks and months. 

Economic Partnership Agreements (EPAs) are unfair trade deals the European Commission is trying to force on poor African, Caribbean and Pacific countries. These deals could hurt livelihoods, jobs and the environment in these countries. 

MEPs hold the European Commission to account and so can demand that its President, Commissioner Barroso, re-opens negotiations with African, Caribbean and Pacific countries. 

Everyone has European representatives in their area. You can find out who your MEPs are and how to contact them by visiting http://www.europarl.org.uk/uk_meps/MembersMain.htm. We've given you the email addresses of the MEPs below. You'll also notice there are several MEPs allocated to your area - each is responsible for representing you. Please see below for which MEPs are in your area. 

It is vital that you contact them as soon as possible and you will be joining other campaigners across Europe who will also be pressing their MEPs to take similar action.
